Rosemary essential oil is used to help with inflammation, Frankincense and Camphor Essential oil is for circulation and to ease muscle and joint tension and lavender to relax mind and body.
For sore muscle area we recommend using Alievia massage oil after taking shower with this soap to increase the healing process. Avoid being in front of the fan or outside cold air while skin is damp.
This soap contains higher potency of essential oil so avoid using on face. Intent to use by Adults or ages 12+
